With twenty six years of real estate experience, Charity is a second generation realtor with Epro and Green Certification. She is focused on buying and selling luxury homes as well as commercial real estate for small and local businesses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Charity is a Budget Buddies Coach, Chair of Planning for the CCB, and a mom to three amazing kids raised in Tyngsborough and Chelmsford, MA. She is also a member of the Chelmsford Community Band.

For the past 40 years, Doug has worked within the real estate sales and development sectors.  He has developed and sold in both the residential and commercial markets.

Edwards is an original founder of EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts Regional Center (EB5MA) certified by the United States DHS and USCIS.  As its former CEO he has worked with both well-known regional real estate developers as well as international real estate and business investors seeking to use the EB-5 Program as a path to US citizenship. EB5MA remains a going concern.  His firm has sponsored and brought investment funding to the 30 story Pierce Building in Boston and the TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, MA.

Doug graduated from Boston University School of Business Administration while serving for six years in the US Army Reserve as a Medical Service Corps officer.  He and his incomparable wife Helen and his extraordinary daughters, Charity and Adrienne lived 40 years in Carlisle and another 9 years in Westford, so far.

Edwards served on several town and faith-based administrative committees. He has been affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network, Boy Scouts of America and other meaningful social organizations.
